    Tando Adam Plant

    The Popular Foods Tando Adam Plant was established in 1987 at the Tando Adam Byspass, Sanghar, Sindh. The plant has end to end capability of producing juices with the highest quality standards. The plant currently produces 6,000 packs for 1000ml, 34,500 packs for 250ml, 12,000 packs for 200ml and 7,500 packs for125ml per hour, for brands including Real Fruit, Polly, Maza, Real Froot and Junior. The products are packaged in aseptic packaging of 125ml, 200ml, 250ml and 1000ml. The flavors include mango, apple, orange, tropical, pineapple, guava, grape, and peach.
    The plant processes are comprehensive with certifications of quality and standards which are ensured by our 200+ highly skilled employees. The plant creates delicious tasting, awe inspiring and refreshing juices. The processes start with receipt of raw materials. They are checked to ensure that they meet the Popular Foods raw materials criteria. Stored in the cold storage, the raw materials are divided and moved forward according to the recipe and batch standardization process. The pasteurization for juices is conducted at temperatures of 32 degrees centigrade to 38 degrees centigrade. They are also homogenized through UHT at 140 degrees centigrade and then cooled at 30 degrees centigrade. The processes ensure superior stability over a period of time. The juices are then packaged in aseptic depending on different market expectations. Straw addition is also a featured process at the plant. The plant internally produces hockey shaped straws for its group portfolio and other local brands.
    Across processes, quality is tested time and again. First, at the raw materials stage, then a partial sample is checked from the batch before final packaging. And last, but not the least… each of the finally created products are tested to the highest standards of food safety.

    Risalpur Plant

    The Popular Foods Risalpur Plant was established in 1997 in Risalpur, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa. The plant has end to end capability of producing 30,000 packs per hour for renowned brands including Maza, Polly, Junior, Kool and Popular juices with the highest quality standards. The products are packaged in aseptic packaging, including quantities of 125ml and 250ml. The flavors are mango, apple, tutti-frutti, fanty for Junior and mango, apple, mango-orange for Maza. Popular Foods Risalpur Plan has a skilled workforce of 80+ employees.
    The plant processes are comprehensive with certifications of quality and standards. The plant creates and pack delicious tasting, awe inspiring and refreshing juices with Tetrapak European technology. The processes start with receipt of raw materials. They are checked to ensure that they meet the Popular Foods raw materials criteria.     Multan Plant

    The Popular Foods Multan Plant was established in 2012 in Multan, Punjab. The plant has end to end capability of producing 10,000 bottles per hour for juices, 5000 bottles per hour for drinking water and 20,000 kg Capacity of fruit processing to produce pulp of the highest quality standards. The plant facilities also include crushing and pulping of mangoes. The plant currently produces 300ml Popular Fruit Drinks in glass bottles and Hope Drinking Water in 330ml, 500ml and 1.5litre plastic bottles.
    The plant processes are comprehensive with certifications of quality and standards ensures by 250+ expert professionals. The plant creates delicious tasting, awe inspiring and refreshing fruit drinks with modern Bertuzzi technology. The processes start with receipt of raw materials. They are checked to ensure that they meet the Popular Foods raw materials criteria. Stored in the cold storage, the raw materials are divided and moved forward according to the recipe and batch standardization process.
    Filtered water is treated and heated at 85 degrees centigrade to create a sugar-concentrated base. Flavors are added according to the recipe and resulting batch is sent for quality checks and homogenization for improved stability. The product is packaged in bottles and sealed with ring-pull caps. The end product is cooled immediately and cleaned with blowers. The labelling machine labels the bottles according to the brand and flavor markings. The last step is batch mentioning, manufacturing and expiry details through jet printing.
    The plant features a separate section for Hope Drinking Water. Quality water is collected in huge tanks by using turbines. The first step is filtration to remove heavy and suspended particles from the water. The second step is purification that uses various minerals through the process of reverse osmosis. The third step is refinement through micron-filters. Minerals are also added at this stage in accordance with the Popular Recipe, Health and Quality Standards. The fourth step is anti-bacterial treatment of the water. In the meanwhile, plastic bottles are rinsed for filling on automatic machines. The last step is addition of nitrogen gas. The ready products are screened and tested for different quality and food safety standards.
    In the mango pulping and crushing unit, mangoes are sourced from the best quality vendors. The raw fruit is tested and stored. Quality mangoes are sorted to achieve the highest quality standards. For Pulping and Crushing, mangoes are bought from open market after which they are inspected before unloading. These mangoes are then sent to the starting conveyor belt where our dedicated workers sort low quality mangoes and only best quality mangoes are used. The sorted mangoes are carefully cleaned with chlorinated water. The stoner machines then separate the pulp and the seeds. After pasteurization, food stability is ensured to keep the pulp fresh for a longer period of time. After blending, a thorough quality inspection is done on every batch. The mango pulp is then packed in food grade polythene bags and containers.

    Karachi Plant

    The Popular Foods Karachi Plant was established in 2013 in Pakistan’s largest business centre… Karachi. The plant has end to end capability of producing juices and dairy products with the highest quality standards. Our Karachi plant has the capacity of producing 330,000 tetra packs per day for 250ml, 250,000 pet bottles per day for 250ml, pet preform 250,000 per day. For Dairy products this capacity is 400,000 packs per day for 250 ml. The plant currently produces the brands Maza & Polly in the juice category and Today Tea Whitener and Milker Flavored Milk in the dairy section. The products are packaged in both aseptic packaging and pet bottles, including quantities of 125ml, 200ml, 250ml, 260 ml, 500ml, 100ml, 1500ml and 2000ml. The flavors are mango, apple, orange, orange mix, tropical, pineapple, red grapes, pomegranate and limopani for juices and badam, badam zafran, date and strawberry for the dairy section.
    The plant has a manpower of 120+ employees. All processes are comprehensive with certifications of quality and standards. The plant creates delicious tasting, awe inspiring and refreshing juices and dairy products using latest Husky & Tetra, Superlative technologies. The processes start with receipt of raw materials. They are checked to ensure that they meet the Popular Foods raw materials criteria. Stored in the cold storage, the raw materials are divided and moved forward according to the recipe and batch standardization process. The pasteurization for juices is conducted at temperatures of 32 degrees centigrade to 38 degrees centigrade, while the milk is pasteurized at 75 degrees centigrade.     The Popular Foods Bhai-Pheru Plant was established in 2004 in the district of Kasur, Punjab. The plant has end to end capability of producing high quality 7,000 packs for 1000ml, 70,000 packs for 250ml, 12,000 packs for 200ml and 15,000 packs for125ml per hour for brands including Maza, Polly, Junior, Real Froot, Popular & Kool. The products are packaged in both aseptic packaging, including quantities of 125ml, 200ml and 250ml. The flavors include mango, mango-orange, apple, tropical, pomegranate, red grape, guava and peach.
    The plant also features the Popular Foods Research and Product Recipe Development Laboratory along with up to the minute European Tetrapak technology A-3, TBA-22, TBA-19 and TBA-9. Here 300+ expert employees create products that lead the local and global trends in the market. The laboratory is future-equipped and creates product quality processes and recipes. The recent market winners, Pomegranate and peach juices have also been developed in the same facility.
